1:1 Bespoke Personal Training and Nutrition Session
Need to start somewhere and want the guidance to understand your baseline fitness and nutrition?
With a bespoke 1:1 Personal Training Session (1hr) where we will explore various fitness tests and metrics to help you better understand what your need to train and how to do it.
This will be followed up with a 60 minute nutrition consultation where we explore your current situation and how best to improve your health and nutrition TODAY in a way that does not involve over restriction, stress or missing our on our favourite foods.
This is your kick-starter to a better, healthier and stronger you.
